Calling all designers. Socialmedian is running a contest to create a UI design for their new iPhone application, and offering a $1,000 first prize, plus an iPhone 3G. Second place will receive $500 and an iPhone 3g, according to their website, though this appears to be the prize for “public vote”.

The contest ends on 7/28 so check out their site for contest details and entry information. All entries will be featured on the socialmedian blog and website.
