Today Apple will hold their “Let’s Rock” event where they’re expected to release the iPhone 2.1 firmware and also a new line of iPod nano. Arn’s sources claim that the entire iPod lineup will be refreshed and the iPod nanos will increase from 4GB/8GB capacities and 6 color choices to 8GB/16GB configurations in 9 color variations — purple, orange, and yellow being the new choices. There has also been speculation of a revamped iPod touch or an iPod with some sort of subscription service, though we have not received confirmation of this.
